I struggle with many mental blocks which has led to being emotionally/mentally lost and partly detached from the world. I was not living for myself which I didn’t become self-aware of until early 2024. I am very grateful to have my amazing boyfriend and our daughter. Both have been very supportive of my undiagnosed mental health. Now I am taking steps to live for myself and enjoy the things I love and enjoy in life. As you explore my website and social media platforms, I share my story and the adventures, good or bad I take to be the person I am proud of. I hope that along the way I am also able to inspire others to take those steps.
